White Chocolate & Cranberry Shortbread
Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 Cups butter room temprature
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Craisins Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Pure White Chocolate Chipits
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Mix in the flour in small additions at a time until well combined.
  4. Stir in cranberries and white chocolate.

  6. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

  8. Flatten dough balls sing the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.
  9. Bake 10-12 minutes.
  10. Allow to cool pm cookie sheet for minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
