White Chocolate Covered Strawberry Hearts
  • 12 Large Strawberries
  • 12 Toothpicks
  • 4 oz White Chocolate
  • Silver Nonpariels
  1. Clean and pare off the stems from the strawberries.
  2. Slice the strawberries in half lengthwise and dab off moisture with a paper towel.
  3. Create a heart shape by place the two halves side by side, cut side down and spear through the side with a toothpick to hold the slices together.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a shallow bowl and allow to cool slightly.
  5. Dip/Cover the hearts in white chocolate as well as you can and place down on a sheet of parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle with silver nonpariels then transfer to the fridge until chocolate is hardened.
