Buffalo Chicken Mac 'N Cheese
  • 4 Cups Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 to 3/4 package of Ivanhoe Old Sharpe Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce + 1/4 Cup reserved
  • 1 Cup Cooked Chicken Cubed
  • 2 Cups Salerno Peperonato Shredded
  • 1 Cup Blue Cheese Crumbled
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
  3. Meanwhile, in a medium stockpot over medium-high heat, scald your milk then remove from heat.
  4. Stir cheese into your milk until melted then stir in buffalo sauce.
  5. Pour cheese sauce into the bottom of a casserole dish.
  6. Layer into the casserole dish the cooked macaroni, Peperonato and chicken alternating until the casserole dish is filled being sure to finish it off with a layer of cheese.
  7. Pop in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese topping is lightly browned.
  8. Remove from oven and top with reserved Buffalo Sauce and Blue Cheese.
  9. Place back in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
