Cantaloupe & Basil Ice Pops
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1 Small Cantaloupe
  1. In a small saucepan, bring the water, sugar and basil to a simmer and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool slightly before removing the basil leaves.
  2. Cut the Cantaloupe up into chunks small enough to fit into your blender. Blend until smooth on the whole juice setting if applicable.
  3. Add the syrup and pulse for a few seconds to mix.
  4. Pour the mixture into your ice pop moulds and freeze for at least 6 hours before enjoying.
