Strawberries & Cream Ice Pops
  • 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 3 Cups Strawberries or Frozen, hulled
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  1. Bring 1/2 cup sugar and water to a simmer in a small saucepan until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Blend the syrup and strawberries in either a blender or food processor until pureed. Best results are achieved using a high powered blender on whole juice mode.
  3. Combine the 2 tbsp sugar with the cream then divide among your ice pop moulds, about 1-2 tbsp each then pour the strawberry mixture on top.
  4. Freeze for at least 6 hours before enjoying.
