Chicken and Pea Pasta Salad
Ingredients
  • 3 cups Barilla Rotini Pasta Penne and Farfalle are good choices too
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 Red Pepper Diced
  • 1 Cup Grape Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 Cup Herbed Feta Crumbled
  • 2 Cups Cooked Chicken Chopped
Instructions
  1. Prepare the pasta as directed to Al Dente.
  2. Whisk together oil, vinegar, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
  3. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  4. Enjoy warm or cool!
  5. If packing for school lunch allow to cool prior to spooning into lidded containers.
