Toffee Caramel Chocolate Mini Cheesecakes
  • Nairns Dark Chocolate Chip Oat Cookies
  • 1 package cream cheese 8 ounce, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold heavy cream whipped
  • 1/4 Cup Toffee Bits
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Caramel Syrup
  1. Line a muffin tin with cupcake wrappers. Place a cookie inside the wrapper as far down as it will go.
  2. Mix the Cream Cheese and sugar together.
  3. Fold the Cream Cheese mixture into the whipped cream.
  4. Fill your cupcake wrappers with the Cheesecake filling so that it is level.
  5. Sprinkle each with toffee bits and then refrigerate until firm and ready to serve.
  6. Drizzle with Caramel and Chocolate Syrup prior to serving.
  7. Enjoy!
