Brownie and No Bake Cheesecake Christmas Sundae
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk I prefer Borden's
  • 8 oz sweetened whipped cream I used Cool-Whip
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened, I used Philadelphia Cream Cheese
You will also need the following
  • 2 Candy Canes crushed
  • Red Food Coloring
  • Green Food Coloring
  • 4 Trifle Dessert Glasses
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and butter, grease or coat with non-stick spray a 9 "x 9" or similar pan.
  2. Combine melted butter and unsweetened cocoa in a bowl and whisk until butter and cocoa are incorporated.
  3. Add granulated sugar and mix
  4. Add eggs one at a time making sure egg is completely mixed before adding the next egg.
  5. Next, add flour, Kosher salt, and pure vanilla extract until flour in completely mixed and you can no longer see the flour.
  6. Spread evenly in a prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick when inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from oven and cool, set aside.
  1. In a mixing bowl of a stand mixer with a whisk attachment combine sweetened condensed milk, whipped cream, and cream cheese. Mix on low speed until all ingredients are combined
  2. Add lemon juice and mix for about 1 minute
  3. Set aside.
  1. Squeeze 2 - 3 drops of red food colouring into the bottom of trifle glass. Swirl around making sure to get some red food coloring on the lower inside of trifle glass.
  2. Spoon in 2-3 tablespoons of no bake cheesecake cream.
  3. Add crumbled brownie
  4. Spoon in another layer of no-bake cheesecake cream.
  5. Add 2-3 drops of green food colouring.
  6. Top with a small amount of brownie and crushed candy cane.
  7. Serve.
