Pineapple Strawberry Ice Pops
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup diced Pineapple frozen
  • 2 cups Pineapple Juice
  • 1 1/2 cup Strawberries rinsed, hulled and halved
  • 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Place pineapple and pineapple juice in blender and blend until smooth on the whole juice setting if applicable.
  2. Transfer to a juice jug or liquid measuring cup.
  3. Place strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in blender and blend until smooth on the whole juice setting if applicable.
  4. Transfer to a separate juice jug or liquid measuring cup.
  5. Pour 2-3 tbsp of pineapple mixture into your ice pop moulds, then 2 tbsp strawberry mixture and top to the fill line with remaining pineapple mixture and freeze for at least 6 hours before enjoying.
  6. Use hot water to release from moulds.
