Apple Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1-3/4 cup apple cider or use apple juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  1. Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg in a saucepan and mix well. Add apple cider. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until bubbly and slightly thickened.
  2. Pour on pancakes, waffles, cheesecakes.
  3. Store in an airtight container...if there's any left.
