Eggnog Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
  • 2 Cans Refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Eggnog
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Topping
  • 1 1/2 Cups Walnuts chopped
  • 1/2 cup cold butter cubed
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 13x9 baking dish.
  2. Separate rolls from both cans of dough and set aside the icing. Cut each roll into 8 pieces and place into the baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in the remaining ingredients, including icing from the cinnamon roll cans. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine topping ingredients and mix together using two knives, or your (clean) hands until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the topping over the cinnamon rolls in an even layer.
  6. Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10-15 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with maple syrup.
