My kids have been eagerly waiting for some snow to check out the new LiteHawk LIL’ TOM Snow Challenge we were sent form Mastermind Toys.
Unfortunately the weather hasn’t co-operated much but when it does we will be ready for some serious in-the-snow fun this winter with SC’s specially designed wheels.
LiteHawk LIL’ TOM SC was designed as a Rock Crawler with high travel suspension that can easily navigate through rough terrain like mud, gravel, and grass. This is thanks to the custom tracked wheel design that also lets LIL’ TOM SC cover frozen terrain such as snow and ice with ease.
You also get a set of off-road tires for less challenging terrain which I think is a really great detail to have included in the box.
LIL’TOM is operated by an included 2.4 Ghz Controller, and offers a solid 20 minutes of run time before needing a recharge. It includes everything you need to start playing including a USB battery charger.
The LIL’TOM features durable parts with a heavy duty roll cage to help protect components in case of a roll over.
We’ve had a lot of fun zooming around with the LIL’TOM across the floors of our home and look forward to checking out its capabilities after we’ve had some real Canadian winter weather.
I am really terrible at driving rc vehicles, but I was able to navigate LIL’TOM easily around my home. The ease of control is a huge plus for me, you can have so much more when you aren’t getting frustrated.
