  1. Yes, eating less junk food! I have found in the last few weeks we have been having a bit more of it again and that needs to stop!

  2. I need to get my ten servings of veggies a day – they are delicious and so good for you!

Also, exercise. I’ve started doing some gentle yoga and bodyweight training. Every little thing helps.

  3. My resolution was to start exercising regularly, and I’ve actually kept it up really well! I go to step class twice a week.

  4. Eating better. As the school year becomes more busy, and I become more tired and worn out, I have slacked on that resolution. I need to re-focus.

  5. Thank you for including vitamin D in the giveaway. As most Canadians are deficient in vitamin D, we all need to remember to boost our intake – especially this winter 🙂

  6. So far I have been staying on track, mine was to stop spending money and to budget more wisely, and I have to say I am pretty proud of myself!!

  7. I started working out to loose my extra baby weight and I’ve slowly been going down hill. I’m going to try to start back at it at least 3 times a week. It’s just so hard with a little one!

  8. I do not have any resolutions I made that I need to start working on again but I am trying to be more active. Thanks

  9. I didn’t make any resolutions….but I plan on starting up biking again, even purchased a bike trailer for my girl.

  10. I don’t believe in New Years Resolutions. I do need to lose some weight, but I would never make a resolution to do so 🙂

  11. I have been doing pretty good with my resolutions so far. I am eating better and exercising more with the help of my husband.

  12. yes, I need to up my exercise! Now that we are having nice spring weather on the west coast it should be easier to get out and get active though!
