Cranberry and white chocolate go together like bacon and eggs. It’s a pairing that is just meant to be. The tang of the cranberries works so well with the mild sweetness of white chocolate in these melt-in-your mouth shortbread cookies.

Made with just 5 simple ingredients, these cookies couldn’t be any easier to make. A perfect addition to any Christmas dessert plate!

Another twist on these easy cranberry shortbread cookies that I love is to omit the white chocolate and use a little orange zest.

  1. To answer the question though…the first thing that I would bake would be some 7 layer bars! It would be fun to do a couple of mini-batches and play with the various flavours of the chips!

  2. 1st I want to tell you that I love the bookah in the last picture with the tree and the cookies is GORGEOUS!! Really nice!! And the first thing I’d make with them is the kid’s fav chcolate chip cookie recipe with a TON f chips in it!! Makes it nice and gooey!

  3. Butterscotch Drop Cookies – normally with just Butterscotch Chipits – but variety is the spice – this year adding two favorites – Vanilla Chipits & Semi Sweet Chocolate chips….*yum*

  4. I would bake that quintessential mini marshmallow, peanut butter, butterscotch chipits confection that graces many a church bazaar at this time of year. No idea what it’s called, but it’s super yummy.

  5. I would probably make the magic bars first. The ones with graham crackers on bottom, with chocolate chips on top, I usually put nuts on, but topped with sweetened condensed milk. Baked for a bit and ready to enjoy!

  6. I would try out that recipe you shared looks so good and yummy, and every year I make shortbread cookies but just plain ones, and they are starting to get boring, so yep I would make up your cookies!!!

  7. I would make just regular chocolate chip cookies because they are my family’s favourite. And then I would try the White Chocolate & Cranberry Shortbread recipe – I think it sounds delicious!!

  8. Love the varieties of chips with Chipits. You never have to make the same cookie twice.
I would make many combinations of monster cookies.

  9. I would love to try out your recipe. It sounds delicious and I’ve been thinking about making some kind of cranberry cookie for my Christmas cookie boxes.

  10. My husband and little man are totally into muffins, so chocolate chip muffins, banana chocolate chip muffins, etc., etc.

  11. Probably banana bread with chocolate chips! We always have overripe bananas in our household it seems! The chocolate chips would be such a treat in the bread!

  12. I would make my husband’s recipe for the Death by Chocolate Cake.
Chocolate cake, chocolate chips, chocolate fudge sauce, and finally the icing of whipped cream mixed with chocolate pudding! We’ve made it a few times as gifts for people, and it’s always loved!

  13. The days after Christmas are a perfect time to do some baking- I would love to win the chipits and get some great cookies made for the grand-kids.
