Sun 7 Designs sent me a personalized blanket with Keira’s name embroidered on it to review.   Valery uses the softest minky fabric to create her blankets which is perfect for a baby’s delicate skin.    Keira loves to test various items to see if they are soft by rubbing them against her cheek.  When I asked Keira if her blanket was soft she kept rubbing the blanket against her face and smiling.  It definitely passes her softness test.

 

 

I love that the blanket is personalized with not just her name but a cute heart detail as well.  While she may not care right now that the blanket has been lovingly embroidered with her name, as she gets older I know it is a detail she will love as she grows.   What is more comforting than something that is specially and uniquely yours.   The quality of the blanket is also vastly superior to the store bought blankets she has been given which is important since a favourite blanket like this needs to be sturdy enough to last through all the wear and tear it is sure to see.

 

Sun 7 Designs blankets come in 4 sizes, mini (small), baby (medium), toddler (large) & child (XL).  You can have your blanket customized with a name as well as birth-date and a design.  All the blankets are double sided which gives you the option of a blanket with a single colour or with different colours.  The blankets also are not stuffed with batting which makes them nice and lightweight for baby and makes the blanket perfect for many different applications that batting would hinder.  The blankets also wash well and easily which is a feature most parents will appreciate. 

 

 

I honestly fell in love with Sun 7 Designs the minute I began looking through the blanket slide show on the website.  These blankets are seriously just the cutest and no two are alike.   They would make excellent baby shower gifts, birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, and even just because you love them so much gifts!  I’m already looking forward to purchasing a blanket from Valery for Baby #2 as soon as we have settled on a name!
