Bang, bang! Knock, knock! Tap, tap!

19 Fun activities!
Lots of Moveable parts!

Budding builders learn through play how to measure, cut, hammer and more! Paper engineering that has been adapted to develop fine motor skills emphasizes realistic movements, allowing for safe and playful imitation of the real activity. Keeping little hands and minds busy, this first toolkit for the smallest builder is sure to please!

What an incredibly fun activity book!  Each sturdy page is filled with several activities for little hands to play and learn with.  Pieces slide back and forth to help kids pretend to measure a piece of wood, mark it with a pencil, cut it with a saw, and sand it down.  (Then on to other adventure as they turn the page!)

My 22 month old required help in figuring out what to do with each activity and my almost 4 year old needed a lesson in how to play with it gently but overall both girls thought it a ton of fun.  This is a really cool book, especially for little ones who are curious about how things work.

As I mentioned, the book seems fairly sturdy aside from the moving pieces which may get ripped by an overly exuberant child.  I’d recommend a parent supervise reading this title to avoid this from happening.

What a great introduction to tools for little builders!

My First Toolbox is available to purchase from Amazon, and book-stores near you!

I love this 'My first Toolbox. I think most small children would love it as well. Most of the tots I know are curious. When they get hold of my tape(for measuring when knitting or sewing), they grab hold of it and go around measuring everything in sight. Multiply by the tools available and you have a recipe for great fun and for curious little minds and hands. Thank you for such an inventive and fun-filled giveaway.
