 This DVD contains three episodes:

1. Partners in Crime

Blueberry and Huckleberry decide to write a mystery together, but when Bluberry rejects all of his story ideas, Huckleberry teams up with Cherry Jam to write a song.

2. A Boy and His Dogs

Strawberry and her pals befriend Huckleberry Pie after they assist him and some stray dogs.

3. The Mystery of the Disappearing Dog Show

Strawberry suggests the Berry Bunch holds a big dog show in hopes of raising funds for Huckleberry’s pet shelter. A task that winds up being harder than they had in mind as Plum incidentally pushes unrealistic goals on everyone else.

We love Strawberry Shortcake and Keira was pretty excited about getting this DVD.  I was a bit disappointed over the run-time and the value per min isn’t really the best.   I also thought the order of the episodes was a bit strange too.  Even still, it’s a fun DVD and I love that it highlights the relationships that grow with Huckleberry Pie’s arrival.   It’s a pretty great way to get kids excited for the arrival of Season 4 in June though!  It will be nice to watch some new episodes as I feel like I’ve seen them all a dozen times over by now!
