My Little Library By Édouard Manceau #FMEGifts14

 My Little Library

No child can resist uncovering the mystery contained in a box held shut by an intriguing magnetic closure-especially when it is filled with nine delightful mini board books! Each is an introduction to familiar everyday objects: clothes, food, toys, and more-and all presented by Bibi, the friendly, mischievous kitten. And toddlers won’t take long to discover the bonus offered by the backs of the books, which can be combined to create a lively street scene! (2+ )

My Little Library By Édouard Manceau is a set of 9 little word board books.  The books themselves are the size of a golf ball if golf balls were square and are comprised of super thick and sturdy pages.  The books are organized by themes including House, Toys, Clothes, Animals, Kitty, Bathroom, Mealtime, Fruits and Vegetables and Backyard.  They all feature simple but bright illustrations that are easy for little ones to identify.

Keira loves looking through the different books and pointing out all the different objects she knows.  She also loves arranging the back of the books together like a puzzle which makes this title just that much more fun.

I adore the box this set is stored in, it is built to be sturdy and to keep the books organized which is important since they are so small.  This is a great little library of first word board books.

This little set of books sounds great and very intriguing for children. I love the fact that they're in their very own case and that the backs make a sort of puzzle, children love that kinds of thing :-)
