Blueberry Muffin Bread French Toast Recipe

  Blueberry Muffin Bread French Toast

Use your homemade Blueberry muffin bread to make this delicious Blueberry Muffin Bread French Toast.  Serve with crispy Bacon and it will be a breakfast they will never forget!

Ingredients

4 Thick Cut slices of Blueberry Muffin Bread
2 eggs
1/3 Cup milk
1 tbsp Butter
 

Directions

Whisk the egg and milk in a large shallow bowl.
Evenly coat both sides each slice of bread in the egg mix.
Melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat in frying pan.
Fry bread until until golden brown on each side. You may need to add more butter between slices.

Oh my gosh that is such a great idea!! I love making blueberry banana bread, and I have NEVER thought of making it into french toast, but it sounds WONDERFUL! Thank you!

This is a very different and unique concept to the classic french toast! I think I’ll try this next weekend when I can purchase all the supplies to make the bread! I know my kids enjoy new ideas, especially if it’s tasty, and I’m willing to try anything once :)
