When the legendary Crystal Mickey goes missing, Mickey and friends go on an adventure to save the Clubhouse from losing its magic. Grab your hat, buckle your seatbelt, and get ready to embark on a thrilling adventure in “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse: The Quest for the Crystal Mickey!”

There’s no time to lose after greedy Plunderin’ Pete snatches the legendary Crystal Mickey statue from the Clubhouse. Without this sparkly statue’s magic, the Clubhouse will disappear forever! Can the world’s most extraordinary hero “Kansas City Mickey,” get the magical statue back in time? Only with help from young viewers at home…and the right Mouseketools can Mickey journey across the Sandy Desert, brave the Rushing River and make his way through the Hidden Jungle. But watch out for Pete’s trickiest traps!

We watch almost nothing but Disney Junior on television these days and one show that makes Keira squeal in excitement is Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.  It features classic Disney characters like Mickey and Minnie as well as Donald and Daisy (and other favourites)  as they problem solve their way through each adventure!

In the Quest for the Crystal Mickey we are taken along on an adventure with “Kansas City” Mickey, styled after Indiana Jones on a storyline distantly related to the familiar Indiana Jones & the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull story.  Don’t worry though, this is a much tamer take on the story appropriate for pre-schoolers!

Keira loves the music, vibrant characters and the fact that it is so interactive – and fun and this DVD was no exception judging by all the giggles!

I adored watching Mickey Mouse as a child.

What age range would you recommend for this? I'm considering buying it but maybe my nephew's too old

I think it's intended for the 3-6 age range, although my daughter is only 1 1/2 and loves it, so I think it depends on the child. Definitely for pre-schoolers though.
