Valentines Day Bento Box featuring FunBites

in Recipe

There is no better way to get your little (or Big!) sweetheart to eat a healthy nutritious lunch than by making it fun.  This Valentines Day Bento Box is a whole lot of fun to make and eat!

To start, make their favourite sandwich and use your “Luv It” by FunBites to cut into heart shaped pieces. (You got one after reading my FunBites review, right?”)

Anna the Red has a really awesome tutorial for making Heart Shaped Eggs.

Strawberries and carrots are easily sliced and shaped with a paring knife.  You don’t even need any professional knife skills to do it. Other fruit and vegetables work well for this purpose too as does cheese.

Valentine Hearts from Rice Krispies make a great treat as well and you could have a lot of fun with your little helpers decorating them!

As a finishing touch leave a homemade valentines card or note.  Stuck for what to write?  Use one of these Valentines Day quotes!

I love everything in here! The heart shaped carrots are simply adorable! I may have to try this in my husband’s salad to see if he notices. :) Thanks for linking up to my Family Fun Friday!
